This document defines the match rules and regulations governing all fixtures within the ProSquadz Champions League. These rules combine real-world football principles with esports-specific considerations to ensure fairness, realism, and integrity.
Section 1
Squad & Player Requirements

Section 2
Line-Ups
- Line-ups must be submitted no later than 1 hour before match start.
- Late submission allowed up to 30 minutes before kickoff with a late fee.
- Incorrect or invalid line-ups may result in automatic forfeiture.
- 'Known As' names must match in-game names to retrieve stats correctly.
⚠️ Failure to submit by the 30-minute deadline results in an automatic 3-0 forfeit. No appeals.
Section 3
Match Completion & Results
- Captains or Vice Captains must confirm results after each leg.
- Failure to confirm will incur punishments including point deductions.
- Forfeits are recorded as a 3-0 loss with no player stats awarded.
Section 4
Time Wasting & Fair Play
- Excessive time wasting is discouraged and subject to review.
- If 10 or more minutes of time wasting is confirmed with evidence, ProSquadz VAR may award goals to the affected team.
- Fair play principles are strictly enforced throughout all competitions.
Section 5
Match Interruptions
- Matches may be quit within the first 10 minutes for valid reasons (with evidence submitted to VAR).
- Matches should not be quit after 10 minutes of play time under any circumstance.
- Game crashes may result in a replay if evidence is provided and the request is approved by VAR.

Player Attributes

- Player heights must reflect real-world football limits. No exceptions.

Section 7
Transfers & Contracts
- The transfer market remains open throughout the competition.
- Player contracts are binding between players and squads.
- Admins do not intervene in contract disputes — these are managed between the parties involved.
Section 8
Scheduling & Communication
- Matches may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before kickoff with mutual consent from both teams.
- Match hosting Discord spaces are opened after line-ups are confirmed.
- All official match communication must take place in designated channels only.
Section 9
Evidence & Disputes
- Accepted evidence includes livestream footage and in-game screenshots.
- Disputes without evidence are resolved at admin discretion — outcomes may not favour the filing team.
- ProSquadz VAR is the final authority on all disputes. Their decision is binding and not subject to appeal.
